I began my coaching journey to create a supportive space where people can initiate positive change for themselves. I am a certified Executive Coach, trained through the Executive Coaching program from the Rotman School of Management, at the University of Toronto and a seasoned team leader in the global health sector with experience across private, public and international organizations.
With experience working across cultures and around the world, I bring a human-centered approach to each client I support. I am a published author and a graduate from the Saïd Business School, at the University of Oxford.
I coach executives and professionals, and also athletes. As a sub–3-hour marathon runner, I have learned how discipline, resilience, and purpose fuel performance. These lessons shaped my coaching, just as strongly as my professional experience. I am guided by a simple commitment: helping others leverage their potential, clarify their direction, and move with purpose toward their aspirations.
